Kanishka has more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, global financial institutions and high-growth startups. His work spans cloud infrastructure, AI-powered systems, real-time communications and mobile applications.
He believes effective technology should work quietly in the background, solving problems without demanding unnecessary attention. Whether considering an enterprise platform or an individual feature, he begins by understanding the problem and the people who need to solve it.
His approach emphasises thoughtful architecture, reliability and long-term maintainability. He values clear design over unnecessary complexity and takes a patient, considered approach to turning an idea into something practical.

Harshan’s career spans software engineering and operations leadership, with more than sixteen years of experience leading cross-functional teams. He has worked with enterprise clients and high-growth startups, bringing a practical understanding of both technical delivery and organisational development.
His journey from software engineer to Vice President of Operations has included growing teams from single digits to more than a hundred and helping developing organisations establish clearer ways of working. His focus is on systems that help people do their work well.
He approaches leadership through empowerment, alignment and sustainable growth. Rather than adding process for its own sake, he looks for structures that clarify responsibilities, support collaboration and remove obstacles to delivery.
Mentoring and developing people are central to his work. At Lex, that perspective connects the technology with the team and processes needed to support the platform’s continued development.
Hesara Neilkumara

Hesara Neilkumara is a passionate software developer and AI technology enthusiast who enjoys transforming innovative ideas into practical digital solutions. His expertise spans software development, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and intelligent automation, with a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Hesara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Second Class Upper Division honours from the University of Plymouth UK through NSBM Green University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has actively participated in research and development initiatives, gaining valuable experience in software engineering, data-driven applications, and modern computing technologies.
Driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, Hesara has developed strong skills in software development, web technologies, Python programming, and artificial intelligence. He believes that technology should be innovative, reliable, and accessible, creating meaningful value for individuals, businesses, and communities.
With a solid foundation in both research and practical application, Hesara contributes to the development of intelligent digital solutions that bridge the gap between technology and everyday needs.
